When starting out in your home-based business, you have high hopes in creating wealth or freedom from home, right?

Starting your own home-based business may have had a small start up investment, but that doesn’t mean that you treat it like a hobby.  This business gives you the potential to create great wealth and freedom to engineer your lifestyle.  It can change your life and you can help others change theirs when you build your business.

Lifestyle engineering through your home-based business starts with stepping outside your comfort zone so here are some tips on how you can become confident outside your comfort zone.

5 Tips for Stepping Outside Your Comfort Zone in Your Home-Based Business

 

1.  Get educated about your business- Attend trainings- this gives you confidence.  Go to your company events- this builds belief.  You meet reps from all walks of life and learn from everyone as well as meet the leaders and mastermind with them at your company events.  This is key.
2.  Invest in personal development- most leaders in this industry are committed to personal development. This helps you grow and your view of the world is widened.  As you become better, your business grows as well.
3. Set up introductions with your sponsor- watch how they share the business and listen how they present and how they answer questions and objections.  Most questions and objections are the same so listen to your sponsor.
4.  Do something you have never done before- this will help you overcome your fears and helps you realize you can do anything.  ( I still want to jump out of an airplane, haven’t done that yet )
5. Practice- You've heard the saying, practice makes perfect.  I believe that practice makes progress.  The more you practice, the more comfortable you will be and the better you will get at your daily tasks.  Practice making calls, etc.  Make it a game and have fun.

 

Building your home-based business should be an adventure and fun.  Go ahead, have fun and engineer your life…

Today is the beginning of the second week of the New Year.  Are you still in line with the goals you set out for yourself?  Some may have come across several challenges and obstacles already.  Stay on course.  Especially when it comes to success in your home based business.  You must stay persistent.
